Fans are pissed because the Femme Fatale special that aired on Epix last night had an audio dubbed into it. But according to Epix, it was a creative decision Britney Spears made herself. They tweeted the following:

“Hey guys, we’re so excited about Brit’s concert special but the audio was a creative decision made by the artist. Hope you enjoy the show!!!”

Then why did they deny it at first?

Britney Spears finally took her Femme Fatale show to the Middle East! Just a few hours ago, she performed at Yaas Arena in Abu Dhabi. Check out a few pictures and videos from the fans.

The show had very minor costume changes. Almost unnoticeable!

Britney will finish up her tour in South America. Her dad and kids are there waiting for her.

Britney Spears landed in Abu Dhabi today, where she’ll perform her Femme Fatale show as the opening act at the Formula 1 after-race concert.

Britney’s self-titled transformational album, Britney, celebrates its 10 year anniversary today. This album became the most successful debut by a female or female group artist in 2001. We got many classics from that album including “Slave” and “Boys.”

I KNEW they were dubbing it! The Epix previews looked so weird in terms of the synchronization of audio/video. The crowd noise sounds too low. But WHY? She sounds great live! It’s more organic! This just makes it seem like the album tracks are playing on the background while watching. Epix had the audacity to lie and say it’s all live.

US pop star Britney Spears will tone down her stage costumes and risqué dance routines in respect to the UAE’s Muslim culture when she plays in Abu Dhabi this month, a source said.

The pop princess is the opening act for the emirate’s Formula 1 after-race concert, headlining a bill that includes Beatles star Paul McCartney, US band Incubus and British outfit The Cult.

A source close to the star told Arabian Business that Spears would amend her performance to avoid offending local customs during her Yas Island show.

A review of Spears’ Femme Fatal concert tour in British newspaper the Daily Mail said the American singer wore “skimpy costumes… showing off her stomach, legs, and as much else as she could get away with.
