Word has it Ciara will not be the opening act for Britney Spears‘ concerts in Paris next month.

Instead, Ciara will be touring with Jay-Z in the USA starting July.

According to a rumor, the opening act for Britney’s Circus in Paris on July 6 will be French singer Slimy.
