“Britney” was spotted leaving her London hotel escorted by her “bodyguard.” Thanks to Untouchable Britney for the pictures.

This is actually not Britney. It’s a look-alike leaving Britney’s hotel along with a look-alike bodyguard. You can notice the difference on her nails and nose.
