Lydia Hearst-Shaw, model, designer and great-grandaughter of American newspaper mogul William Randolph Hearst, was spotted outside the Gramercy Hotel in New York City on Tuesday night wearing the same star-spangled dress Britney wore in some of her ‘Circus’ promotional pictures.
